Concurrent Workshops:

The workshops will be at least one hour an with opportunity for questions and answers. All workshops will be interactive.
The workshop focus is Answering the Call supported by our Women’s Day theme from John 15:16. Answering the Call requires daily practices of the biblical promises of God. The Conference will provide four workshops developed for the spiritual and individual growth of all participants . Come out and hear these women of faith share their stories of Answering the Call. Participants may attend two workshops planned for two sessions.

Rev. Blow-Nunnally will provide a workshop to explore how to identify our gifts to answer the call. This workshop will explore our God-give gifts and talents God to answer his call to service.

Rev. Chaney will provide a workshop on Women as Chosen Vessels. This workshop will focus on servant leadership in the home, community, and church. As a vocalist, she will incorporate the use of one’s faith and talents to encourage the body of Christ.

Ms. Bryant will provide participants with the most current information on financial and estate planning, as well as practical and effective ways that women can manage their financial resources. Women will be empowered to manage their financial affairs (income, life insurance, annuity, and other resources) for today, tomorrow, and the future.

Rev. Parham will present a workshop with the theme: A Woman & Her Body: Healthy Living, Fitness, Diet, and Beauty. This workshop will be filled with practical ideas to enhance health, energy, and vitality. Learn practical day-to-day self-care strategies to improve health and well-being. Our bodies are the temple of God and this workshop will facilitate ways to keep your temple healthy.

Lunch will be provided
Vendors will be on site: 9am - 5pm

Colonel (P) Gwen Bingham

Colonel (P) Gwen Bingham is a native of Troy, Alabama. She is a 1981 Distinguished Military Graduate of the Army ROTC program from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in General Business Management. She was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Quartermaster Corps. Colonel Bingham has a Masters degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Masters degree in National Security Strategy and Resources from the National Defense University

Colonel Bingham is married to Dr. Patrick J. Bingham. They have two children: Tava Michelle, a May 2010 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a graduate student at the University of Central Florida; and Phillip Jamal, a sophomore at Virginia Tech University.
