Mission: To reduce violence and high risk behavior in our young males through experiential learning and effective mentoring through spiritual growth, education, empowerment and enhancement of economic opportunities for our youth and their families while positively impacting the community.

Vision Statement: The members of the Boys To Men Mentoring Program are committed to serving as mentors by creating an environment where our young males are motivated to achieve empowerment through spiritual uplift, respect for self, family, and others in the community we serve.
